with their synth driven soothing electro pop passion pit have made a fantastic kickstart to 2009 winning over reveiwers from the guardian the bbc and winning multiple contests in the usa.
the band originaly consisting of only micheal angelakos (the song writer) transformed itself into 5 man group winning over crowds of these new puritans, beck, black kids and other big names.

Passion Pit est vraiment balaise, par contre ça n'atteindra jamais le très grand public, qui a déjà accepté MGMT par on ne sait trop quel miracle. "Sensation 2009" pour un petit groupe d'initiés abonnées aux Inrocks et aux nouvelles découvertes electro rock
